SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description

Tough Oak Tree Care uses SMS to support two-way, non-marketing conversations about residential tree-service jobs. Customers and prospects can text 301-888-8980 or use www.toughoak.com to request service and ask questions; we reply by SMS. We also send automated texts such as estimate/booking confirmations, schedule reminders, exact appointment time notifications, "on the way" updates, job status, and follow-up review links for recently completed work.

Eligibility and Location

The program is intended for individuals in the United States who request our services.

Consent and How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS from Tough Oak when you do any of the following:

• Submit your mobile number on our estimate/booking forms at www.toughoak.com and agree to the disclosure shown near the phone field, or
• Request text updates during a phone call with us, after we explain message types, frequency, rates, and opt-out, or
• Text our business number (301-888-8980) first to inquire about service or an estimate; by texting us, you consent to receive SMS responses related to your request.

We do not use purchased lists or third-party lead lists.

Message Frequency, Rates, and Cost

Message frequency varies based on your requests and job progress. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details on your plan.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to any Tough Oak message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation SMS and you will no longer receive texts from us at that number. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact 301-888-8980. Standard industry opt-out keywords such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOPALL are also recognized, and where supported, OPTOUT and REVOKE.

Carriers Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
